Polisportiva AKENA organize – on their own or cooperating with other organisations – demonstrations, sports tournaments, assemblies, cultural, recreational, social meetings either in Italy or abroad.

PROFESSIONALISM
Years of experience in this field, many and many demonstrations showed us to face these kind of events in the most correct and effective way. The continuous search in improvement made our professionalism becoming constantly refined until reaching a level that for these kind of events can be considered really high.
The acquaintance and the contacts with thousand of sports societies, schools, various associations, allow us to prepare each time demonstrations with a wide involvement taking about number both participants and spectators.

CREATING AN EVENT
For creating an event you have to go through obligatory roads:
Identification of the load-bearing motive;
Involvement of possible organizations participating;
Search of funds;
Organization and management of the event “in the field”.

All these facts are equally important with the purpose of a good success of the exploit and obviously all the persons that operate for the achievement of this target must act with synchronism in a precise, co-ordinated and professional way.
In the specific field of sports demonstrations the organization to which is being entrusted with the event practical achievement must be in a position to manage eventual emergencies in order to reduce to a minimum or event eliminate completely the outbreak of eventual damages.

INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
To operate in foreign countries, involve organizations and societies , it’s necessary to, besides working well, also be able to act as a mediator among different mentalities and rates. Only like this it can be possible to reach complete success in demonstrations so complicated and numerically important.
Both in national field and abroad, Polisportiva AKENA always cooperate very close with Regions, Provinces, Municipalities, with Civil Protection and City Police; cooperation that must, obviously, be organized even when the demonstration is still in its infancy, in order to take perfectly care of the details before event, that appeared then being those that could condition the good development of any demonstration.
The great mobilization of persons, participants, employed, involve a very close co-ordination work to prevent of any kind of emergencies birth, to which however a valid organization should be able to solve.
Besides of course contacts with persons and European or not European countries organizations, we can boast demonstrations made abroad, in towns like Paris, Vienna, Maribor, etc. where every time are being involved hundreds of people, among athletes and companions.

SPONSORING AN EVENT
Linking the name of a company to an event can give particular satisfaction only and exclusively if the event is in conformity with some basic requirements:
- An excellent load-bearing idea;
- A good deal of interested roused by the event on newspapers etc.;
- Direct involvement of a high number of persons or of a particular category of consumers;
- Event specific planning to manage the better each situation.
